Republic Finance is a growing financial services company offering a clear path to management. This entry-level Assistant Branch Manager role includes an on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package, a structured 18–24 month paid training program, and opportunities for rapid advancement through relocation assistance.

You will focus on origination, customer service, and supporting branch performance while mastering loan products and the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and developing plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Help originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs to recommend consumer loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Educate customers on our consumer lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation, and assist through the loan application process.
