You will complete a 15-month program, gain expertise in loan products, help grow the branch portfolio, and build strong customer relationships through exceptional service. Relocation and travel may be required as you progress toward management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Detail oriented and able to travel.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Willingness to relocate for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 15-month technical and soft skill training program for Branch Manager readiness.
• Present loan solutions to customers to help achieve financial goals.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase loan portfolio and profitability.
• Establish and build customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Manage branch communications and daily operational procedures.
• Complete required training and attend in-person sessions as needed.
• Report progress and help set daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Close loans and ensure proper open/close procedures for the branch.
• Support development of new business and maintenance of B2B contacts.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
