Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Complete 15-month training program to prepare for Branch Manager role.
• Present loan solutions to customers to help them achieve financial goals.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to grow branch loan portfolio and profitability.
• Establish and build customer relationships through delivering exceptional service.
• Manage delinquency processes and ensure proper payments and fees posting.
• Close loans as directed by management and adhere to banking policies.
• Maintain branch standards and complete daily open/close procedures.
• Develop and maintain business-to-business contacts and external partnerships.
