Job summary

Regional Finance is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee in Gainesville, FL to learn our consumer finance business and prepare to run a branch. You’ll complete a 15-month training program and develop people-management skills under the Training Department.

Responsibilities include presenting loan solutions, helping develop marketing strategies, building customer relationships, and maintaining branch standards while pursuing daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Relocation and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Willingness to relocate for career advancement.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Completion of 15-month technical and soft skill training program in preparation for a Branch Manager role.
• Subject matter expert in loan product offerings; presents loan solutions to customers.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase branch loan portfolio and profitability.
• Establish and build customer relationships through delivering exceptional service.
• Complete training program within the time set forth by the Training Department.
• Attend required in person training at offsite locations.
• Complete weekly progress report and work with management to develop, communicate, and track goals.
• Report, manage, and maintain branch standards on all aspects of delinquency.
