Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn and apply safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to learn VIP operating standards and management processes.
• Ability to develop and guide a team to meet customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Learn VIP processes and be prepared to lead the team.
• Hire and develop associates; ensure LMS and vendor training completion.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs during all hours of operation.
• Communicate with the team and conduct daily huddles and store meetings.
• Monitor emails for customer appointments and communication.
• Support and deliver the 5 for 5 process to educate customers about vehicle conditions.
• Assist in dispatching work orders to technicians and ensure proper assignment.
• Attend off-site meetings and trainings as needed.
