• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and enforce safety policies.
• Learn VIP processes and management practices to lead a team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Hire and develop store associates; coordinate LMS and vendor training; oversee ASE certifications.
• Schedule staff to cover all hours of operation and ensure timely customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team via daily huddles and store meetings; manage workflows and dispatch to technicians.
