Rooms To Go is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in the United States. You will greet and engage customers, uncover furnishing needs, and drive sales with a consultative approach across a broad product range. Training and a generous benefits package support your success.

Pay averages around $70,000 - $100,000 per year based on commissions and location. Rooms To Go operates 250+ stores nationwide, offering growth and stability in a top furniture retailer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers
• Uncover customer’s home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision a reality
• Generate sales through a consultative approach, Build rapport with customers, through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills.
• Encourage additional products to complete the room
• Work as a team to achieve sales goals
• Explain financing and protection plans
• Demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer’s needs
