Job summary

Rooms To Go in the United States is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, uncover furniture needs, and translate them into design solutions. You will drive sales using a consultative approach and work with the team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Team player with drive to succeed
• Strong listener with positive attitude and outgoing personality
• 2+ years retail sales experience preferred but training provided
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to use tablets and touch screens
• Flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers
• Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to realize design vision
• Generate sales through a consultative approach
• Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and honest conversations
