Rooms To Go is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in the United States. You will greet customers, uncover furnishing needs, and drive sales through a consultative approach. Build rapport with clients, listen actively, and present financing options and protection plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred; training provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use tablets and touch screens.
• Flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers
• Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
• Generate sales through a consultative approach
• Build rapport with customers, through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills. Earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
• Encourage additional products to complete the room
• Work as a team to achieve sales goals
• Explain financing and protection plans
• Demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
