Job summary

Rooms To Go is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers and uncover their home furnishing needs. You will drive sales using a consultative approach, build rapport, and highlight financing options while working with a team to hit targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers.
