Rooms To Go in Fort Worth is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, uncover home furnishing needs, and drive sales with a consultative approach. You will build rapport, explain financing and protection plans, and work as part of a team to hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
