Rooms To Go, America's largest furniture retailer, is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate. You’ll greet customers, uncover home furnishing needs, and drive sales through a consultative approach while building rapport and explaining financing options.

You’ll join a team that emphasizes excellent service, with opportunities to grow in a high-volume retail environment across 250+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but training provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers.
• Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them realize their design vision.
• Generate sales through a consultative approach.
• Build rapport with customers with strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Encourage additional products to complete the room.
• Work as a team to achieve sales goals and explain financing and protection plans.
• Demonstrate product value and explain benefits that fulfill customer needs.
