La‑Z‑Boy Incorporated is seeking a motivated sales associate to drive store sales and build lasting customer relationships. You’ll learn the La‑Z‑Boy selling process, promote the Design program, and assist designers to meet design goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong selling and closing ability
• Excellent communication and organization
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Sell furniture, accessories and services to meet store sales goals.
• Promote Design program and assist Designer to reach sales goals.
• Use La‑Z‑Boy selling process to provide excellent customer experiences.
• Schedule home consultations and present room designs.
• Open and close the store and manage daily sales operations.
