La‑Z‑Boy Incorporated in the United States is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join our furniture team. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and guide customers through the La‑Z‑Boy selling process, including design consultations.

Training pays $15/hour for 2-6 weeks with no commission; post-training base pay is $11/hour plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Average annual earnings range from $40,000 to $70,000+ depending on location, performance and commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, build rapport, and influence.
• Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and conflicting priorities.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to store needs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsabilités

• Drives store sales and meets sales goals.
• Promotes the Design program and assists Designers to reach design sales targets.
• Executes the La‑Z‑Boy selling process and provides a positive customer experience.
• Develops customer relationships and follows up to secure repeat business.
• Schedules deliveries and coordinates with Design team and customers.
• Maintains store appearance and product knowledge; supports in-store operations.
