Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Sandusky, OH is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to join our furniture team. You will drive store sales through exceptional customer service and knowledge of our design process, with base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Training pay is provided during the first 2-6 weeks to ramp up performance. After training, expectations include delivering outstanding customer experiences, scheduling design consultations, and assisting with showroom displays while meeting sales

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with ability to close.
• Excellent communication, organization and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Schedule design consultations and assist designers to reach sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and selling processes to assist customers.
