Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Ohio is hiring a Sales Associate to drive store sales through exceptional customer service and the La-Z-Boy selling process. You will schedule design consultations, promote the Design program, and help customers select furniture, fabrics, and installation services.

Training pays $15 per hour for 2-6 weeks with no commission; after training base pay $12.50 per hour plus uncapped commissions (3% on Design Sales and 2% on other sales) and a quarterly $1,500 bonus potential,

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to close a sale.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
