Job summary

La‑Z‑Boy Incorporated in Florida is seeking a sales associate to drive store sales through exceptional customer service and knowledge of the La‑Z‑Boy selling process. You will promote the Design program and support the Designer to achieve sales goals. Training Pay: $16 per hour for 2-6 weeks.

After training, base pay plus UNCAPPED commission with potential to earn $45,000-$65,000+ annually. Average weekly hours: 40. Benefits include Medical, Vision, Dental and 401k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills essential.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories, and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve sales goals.
• Follow the La‑Z‑Boy selling process to provide a positive customer experience.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Support design-related functions and professional home consultations.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and store promotions.
