Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a sales associate to drive store sales, promote the Design program, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will guide customers through the La-Z-Boy selling process, support designers, and schedule in-home consultations to present customized room designs.

You’ll participate in promotions, maintain showroom displays, and ensure a high level of service while working a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist Designers to hit sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences using the La-Z-Boy selling process.
• Schedule home consultations to present room designs and product recommendations.
• Assist with store promotions, visual displays and store cleanliness.
