Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Sales Associate to drive in-store sales of furniture, accessories and services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will promote the Design program, assist designers, and execute the selling process to meet sales goals.

You will schedule home consultations, present room designs, and maintain a professional store environment. You will contribute to customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge, timely follow-up, and effective

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence.
• Persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to schedule and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist Designer to achieve goals.
• Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process and provide a positive customer experience.
• Schedule home consultations and present customized room designs.
• Maintain store appearance and complete orders, deposits, and records.
