Rooms To Go is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join America's largest furniture retailer. You will greet customers, uncover home furnishing needs, and guide them toward furniture selections that fit their design vision.

You’ll generate sales through a consultative approach, build rapport with customers, and work as a team to hit sales goals using our training, tools, and financing options. With 250 nationwide locations and a strong, supportive culture, Rooms To Go offers growth

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers
• Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
• Generate sales through a consultative approach
• Build rapport with customers, through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills. Earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
• Encourage additional products to complete the room
• Work as a team to achieve sales goals
• Explain financing and protection plans
• Demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
