Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a sales-driven associate in Florida to help drive store sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence.

• Ability to work the schedule dictated by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist Designers to achieve goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow the La‑Z‑Boy selling process.
• Schedule home consultations and present room designs.
• Maintain store visuals and handle daily operations and logs.
