Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Minnesota is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive store sales through exceptional customer service and knowledge of the La-Z-Boy selling process. You will promote the Design program, assist Designers, and build lasting customer relationships to boost sales and profitability.

The role includes training pay and uncapped commissions with potential annual earnings across base, bonus, and commission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling La-Z-Boy furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist Designers to achieve goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow La-Z-Boy selling process.
• Schedule professional home consultations and present customized room designs.
• Maintain store appearance and manage orders, deposits, and records.
