Job summary

La‑Z‑Boy Incorporated is seeking a dynamic sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive in-store sales. You will promote the Design program, present furniture and accessories, and complete sales using the company process.

Training pay is provided, with potential earnings rising through base pay, bonus, and commissions. You will work with the store team to meet sales goals, schedule consultations, and maintain knowledge of product lines while delivering a positive shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior selling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence customers and close sales.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Initiative to meet goals and mature with experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to reach sales goals.
• Follow the La‑Z‑Boy selling process to create positive customer experiences.
• Schedule home consultations to present room designs and product recommendations.
• Provide outstanding customer service, handle orders and keep accurate records.
