Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is hiring for a Sales Associate to drive furniture and design service sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting the Design program. The role includes training pay, base wage with commissions, and opportunities to reach a high earning potential through performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities include mastering the selling process, presenting customized room designs, scheduling consultations, and maintaining store visuals.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to close sales are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and contributes to store sales goals.
• Promotes the Design program and supports the Designer to reach sales targets.
• Executes the La-Z-Boy selling process to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Schedule and conduct home consultations for room designs and installations.
• Maintain store displays, catalogs and design center fabrics.
