Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent closing techniques and product knowledge.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer-service mindset and design appreciation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting furniture and provide product information.
• Drive team selling to meet or exceed store GOALs.
• Leverage Comfort Compass and design knowledge to make recommendations.
• Maintain CRM notes and update customer records after interactions and deliveries.
• Participate in weekly training and keep the store, stockroom, and break area neat.
