Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant to guide customers through furniture selections and provide expert product information. You will build relationships, apply our selling process, and contribute to store goals with a customer-first approach.

Starting rate is $18.00/hr. You will work with the team, participate in training, and support in-home design conversations to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Excellent sales and design experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces and providing product information.
• Guide customers through the sales process and build relationships.
• Execute team selling to meet or exceed store goals.
• Maintain store appearance and complete sales paperwork accurately.
• Participate in weekly training and company sales rallies.
