Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Sales Consultant to create customers for life by executing the selling process and leveraging product knowledge. You will assist customers in selecting furniture, provide product information, and guide them through the sales cycle to meet or exceed company goals.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, ongoing training, and participation in a dynamic retail sales team within a furniture environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting or exceeding daily and monthly store GOAL by team selling.
• Deliver the Comfort Compass process with every customer.
• Consistently assist consumers by team selling and drive-by events.
• Guide customers through fabric and leather selections and room design.
• Encourage in-home design consultations and follow-ups.
