Job summary

Regency Management Services LLC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join the Ashley Furniture team in Salem, NH. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences in person and over the phone, ensuring accurate order processing and timely deliveries.

You will work closely with sales and office staff to keep orders moving from purchase to delivery, handle payments, and maintain a welcoming showroom environment. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system.
• Process customer payments and apply to correct accounts.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment per policy.
• Prepare daily deposits following procedures.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to questions promptly.
• Schedule deliveries accurately and conveniently.
• Maintain open orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Research and resolve questions with professionalism and empathy.
• Complete daily reports and required office tasks.
• Support showroom operations, including displays and tagging.
