Job summary

Regency Management Services LLC is hiring aCustomer Service Representative to support Ashley Furniture operations in the Bensalem area. You will process orders, handle payments, and coordinate deliveries with the showroom and sales teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting. A high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills are required, with bilingual ability considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong cash-handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and other basic figures.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately and completely into the system.
• Process customer payments and apply to the proper accounts.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment per policy.
• Prepare daily deposits.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to questions professionally.
• Schedule customer deliveries accurately.
• Maintain open orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Resolve questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Complete daily reports and office tasks.
• Support showroom operations, including displays and tagging.
• Work with sales and office teams to support a great customer experience.
• Assist Office Manager with additional tasks as needed.
