Job summary

Regency Management Services is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for the Ashley Furniture team in York, PA. You will support customers in person and by phone, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

You will collaborate with sales and office staff to maintain a seamless customer experience, handle payments, and assist with showroom operations while upholding company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills essential.
• Excellent verbal and listening abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system.
• Process customer payments and ensure correct account application.
• Handle cash and other payment forms per policy.
• Prepare daily deposits per procedures.
• Answer calls and respond to customer questions promptly.
• Schedule customer deliveries accurately.
• Maintain open orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism.
• Complete daily reports and office tasks.
• Support showroom operations and displays.
• Collaborate with sales and office staff to ensure a great customer experience.
• Assist the Office Manager with additional duties as needed.
