Responsibilities

• Process all incoming/outgoing packages and curbside orders promptly.
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform stock duties.
• Conduct stock checks and keep stockroom organized and efficient.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Ensure products and displays are stocked and available for customers.
• Deliver excellent service and uphold company standards in sales and teamwork.
• Greet customers, answer questions, process payments, involve management when needed.
• Support store safety standards and training.
• Be aware of loss prevention and safety guidelines.
• Lead by example to uphold profitability and operations.
• Drive sales through engagement, suggesting, and product knowledge sharing.
• Communicate promotions, loyalty programs, and initiatives to customers.
• Promote the brand with customer engagement and demonstrations.
