Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own the final mile of the funnel: calling and outreach that converts approved leads into housed members, with comprehensive reporting that clarifies the entire demand funnel.

You will use AI daily to build reporting, analyze calls, and scale outreach, while coordinating across Marketing, Lifecycle, MA, and Member Success. Remote-friendly, with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations, growth operations, or funnel analytics.
• Fluent in SQL or BI tools and AI for reporting.
• Experience with calling operations, script testing, and agent coaching.
• Ability to translate a messy funnel into actionable decisions for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing call performance across AI-driven and human calls; refine scripts, cadence, and objections.
• Coaching agents; test what moves conversions and feed findings back to teams.
• Sequencing hand-offs between AI calls and Lifecycle teams.
• Building end-to-end funnel dashboards (Hex) and surfacing conversion, velocity, and drop-off insights.
• Closing reporting gaps without re-deriving data each time.
• Driving retention outreach in collaboration with Member Success.
• Launching retention and transfer interventions via caller campaigns or lifecycle messages.
• Fixing lead routing, CRM hygiene, and establishing cross-team SLAs.
