Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral selections and to sell pre-need and at-need services, as well as cemetery products. Leads come from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure with estimated first-year earnings of $40,000–$60,000. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks is included and mileage reimbursement is provided for travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related education preferred in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM or lead management system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Manage leads from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
• Present and sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and cemetery-related products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
