Everstory Partners in the United States seeks a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral service options, merchandise and cemetery offerings. You will handle walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive outreach, aiming to match solutions with each family’s needs.

This full-time role includes training pay during onboarding, uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. A driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related business/marketing/sales education preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; travel with mileage reimbursement.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred).
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with funeral selections and cemetery services.
• Attend services as needed and manage client interactions.
• Lead generation through walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive outreach.
