Job summary

Everstory Partners in Tennessee seeks a Sales Counselor to help families select pre-need and at-need funeral services and merchandise. You will assist with funeral selections and attend services, while leads come from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach.

The role offers training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks and an uncapped commission structure, with an annual earning range of $30,000 to $60,000 plus competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience using a CRM/lead-management system preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory, as well as cemetery services, property, and merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
• Attend offsite appointments and meetings with clients; mileage reimbursement provided.
