Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares for services by delivering and setting up floral displays, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Performs office duties (phones, fax, multi-line phone system, computer, posting, etc.).
• Assists with visitation, memorial and funeral services, including setup and transport as requested.
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and family transport.
• Greets and assists client families and visitors entering the office.
• Attends monthly staff meetings and adheres to company policies and procedures.
