• Assists with preparation of remains and service documents as directed by management.
• Answers phones, operates office equipment, and supports on-site operations.
• Runs errands for supplies and deliveries.
• Acts as usher and assists with transportation needs.
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and family transport.
• Ensures refreshments are available where allowed by law.
• Assists with visitations, chapel setup, and handling of family items.
