Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite; ability and willingness to learn required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for services by assisting with floral arrangements, setup of chairs, caskets, urns and keepsakes.
• Prepare documents related to services and maintenance as directed by management.
• Assist with the preparation and care of remains, within legal and company policy.
• Answer phones, operate office equipment including multi-line phone system and computers.
• Run errands for supplies and flowers as needed.
• Greet clients and assist with information and services during visitations and services.
