Approve expenditures and invoices.
Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and online reviews.
Collaborate with Market Leadership to remove operational barriers and drive improvements.
Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
Direct budgeting, financial planning, and marketing efforts across multiple locations and lines of business.
Recruit, develop, and retain staff; oversee hiring and performance management.
