Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a Location Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple funeral home locations and achieve financial and service goals in Spokane, WA. The role focuses on developing staff, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional client family experiences while aligning with corporate policies and market strategies.

Experience in funeral services and leadership is required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
At least twelve (12) hours college courses in Finance & Accounting strongly preferred.
Location Manager requires Technical schooling diploma Funeral Services / Mortuary Science; Bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science where required by state law.

Responsibilities

Develop annual business plan and budget with local leadership.
Monitor and achieve annual financial goals and approve expenditures.
Manage day-to-day activities to exceed client family expectations and ensure compliant operations.
Establish location goals and monitor priorities with frontline supervisors.
Collaborate with Market Leadership on product, process, and technology needs.
