Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, community engagement, and improving processes to increase efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical diploma in Funeral Services or Mortuary Science preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science or other degree as required by state/province law and as prescribed by each state board

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plan and budget with leadership; translate goals into local plans.
• Monitor financial trends with Finance Field Manager to hit goals.
• Approve expenditures and manage overtime to control costs.
• Manage day-to-day operations; ensure on-time services and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with local management for resource sharing and process improvements.
• Represent the location in community efforts and maintain facility standards.
• Lead recruitment, training, and staff development; drive engagement and reduce turnover.
