Qualifications

Eleven+ years in the industry with growing customer-facing responsibilities.
Six+ years in people management and budget control.
State Funeral Director licensure as required by the state.
HS diploma and related Funeral/Mortuary science education; degree per state law.
Pursuing an Associate's in Finance/Marketing/Business is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance to location leadership to achieve annual sales revenue and P&L goals.
Approve expenditures and invoices; manage costs and drive profitable growth.
Collaborate with market leadership to remove barriers and pursue improvements.
Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and online reviews.
Oversee change management and communication of long-term strategy and goals.
Develop frontline supervisors and staff through development plans; monitor licensing.
