This role requires a four-year degree, strong financial reporting skills, and a client‑focused leadership style.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience with analyzing finance reports to determine actions to maintain and/or improve location performance preferred.
• Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the management of resources and day-to-day operations.
• Establishes a financial plan and ensures goals are met each year.
• Analyzes activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward goals.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws for cemetery, cemetery sales, crematory, and funeral home operations.
• Develops and monitors relationships with suppliers to add value and grow market share.
• Monitors and manages financial results to meet or exceed standards.
• Provides coaching, mentoring and development to department heads and location staff.
