Job summary

Park Lawn Corporation is seeking a Sales Director to lead and drive sales performance across an assigned geographic region. You will provide leadership and direction to Sales Counselors across multiple locations, with responsibility for meeting revenue and profitability targets and coordinating with Operations and Marketing to maximize opportunities.

The role requires strong sales leadership experience, strategic planning, and expertise in CRM systems, forecasting, and data-driven performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction for all sales activities within an assigned geographic region.
• Directly supervises and develops sales counselors across multiple locations.
• Drives achievement of preneed, at-need, cemetery property, memorialization, cremation, and related merchandise sales goals.
• Executes regional sales strategies and adapts them to meet state and local market conditions.
• Establishes and monitors sales goals, KPIs, and productivity expectations for assigned locations.
• Recruits, hires, onboards, trains, and develops high-performing sales leadership talent.
