Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the sales team’s performance through coaching, mentoring and discipline as needed.
• Recruits and trains an effective sales staff.
• Leads team to meet or exceed sales targets for the location(s).
• Develops and implements sales initiatives that motivate and energize team members.
• Generates sales leads through community engagement and referrals.
• Monitors and analyzes sales results to create ongoing action plans for success.
