Job summary

Park Lawn Memorial Group is seeking an experienced administrative leader to oversee a team of floating admins and couriers. You will ensure timely, policy-driven operations and foster a productive workplace.

The role includes coordinating training, coaching staff, and leading recruitment efforts for administrative positions, while maintaining strong liaison with Human Resources and location managers.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Attendance or enrollment in Funeral Director/Mortuary School preferred.
• At least 1-year experience in funeral arranging.
• Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all floating admins and couriers.
• Perform duties per company policies to achieve objectives.
• Maintain a cohesive working relationship to promote morale and productivity.
• Keep management informed of issues and take corrective action.
• Ensure training and development of personnel for advancement.
• Provide coaching and disciplinary action as needed.
• Lead weekly administrative staff meetings and daily operations calls.
• Recruitment involvement for Admin Assistant and Courier roles.
