Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support financial operations and planning for FAS non-sponsored funds portfolio.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems for budget-to-actual reporting and trend analyses.
• Record and review entries for interest, allocations, and balance adjustments.
• Reconcile funds across the FAS and collaborate to resolve issues in hard-to-use funds.
• Perform internal control testing including FASB 117 classifications and high-risk expense reviews.
• Manage balances in non-sponsored funds and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Calculate support allocations to professorships and restricted funds.
• Identify reporting streamline opportunities across financial systems.
