Job summary

Abundant Futures Fund (AFF), housed at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, seeks a Development Manager to coordinate operations, gift processing, and donor administration, partnering with RPA and AFF finance to ensure accurate reporting and an exceptional donor experience.

The role focuses on building systems, managing calendars, vendor relations, prospect research support, events logistics, and stewardship to advance AFF's immigrant justice mission.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fundraising operations and administrative systems.
• Coordinate with RPA and other external partners on development operations.
• Track incoming donations end-to-end, from notification through reconciliation.
• Keep shared files and folders organized and up to date.
• Document and improve development processes and workflows.
• Work closely with RPA’s finance team and finance consulting firm to ensure accurate gift processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Support annual budgeting and fundraising revenue tracking.
• Maintain fundraising calendars, deadlines, and project management systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
