Job summary

National Conflict Resolution Center in San Diego is hiring a Development Operations Manager, a full-time exempt role, to support Fund Development by managing donor systems, gift processing, reporting, and gala operations. This position ensures frontline fundraisers have accurate data and timely support to exceed annual fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years in nonprofit development operations or fundraising administration.
• Significant donor database experience, with Raiser's Edge/NXT preferred.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Raiser's Edge/NXT experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator of the donor CRM/database (Raiser's Edge/NXT).
• Process donations, pledges, sponsorships, and acknowledgments in a timely manner.
• Generate reports, prospect lists, and fundraising analytics for the Director of Fund Development.
• Manage donor data segmentation for campaigns, events, and direct mail.
• Coordinate donor meetings and prepare fundraising materials; support frontline fundraising activities.
• Lead operational role in the annual gala: registration, attendee management, sponsorships, and logistics.
• Coordinate mass mailings with printers and mail houses; reconcile gift records for reporting.
