Qualifications

• At least two to four years of nonprofit development and writing experience.
• Experience with Salesforce is required.
• Experience with social media such as Instagram and Facebook strongly preferred.
• Experience with Canva and marketing design strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Impeccable writing and editing skills; clear, concise narratives.
• Personable, friendly team player able to build relationships with supporters.

Responsibilities

• Answer donor inquiries via phone and email with excellent service.
• Develop, document, and enhance donor relations systems and procedures.
• Maintain donor engagement calendar and coordinate engagement activities.
• Manage the donor engagement plan and resource allocation.
• Coordinate experiences for donors (site visits, events, reports).
• Manage gift processing and donor acknowledgements; ensure timely communications.
• Serve as Salesforce administrator, optimize CRM playbook, and train team.
• Develop lead generation systems, donor segmentation, and research.
